📋 HR FAQ Section

1. ⏰ What are our Office Working Hours?

   

     Office Hours: • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for Top Glove staff.

                             • 8:00 pm to 6:00 pm for Sample Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality Control.

2. 🕒 Employee Attendance Machines

   

    Policy:

    Employees must use attendance machines to clock in and out to ensure accurate attendance records.

    Tips:

    •Use clocking machines on different building levels if necessary.

    •Familiarize yourself with the machine locations.

    Issue Resolution:

    Submit an HR and Admin Related Issue Request Form via the Wrike platform if you encounter any             

    problems.

3. 🧾 How does an employee submit a claim?

 

    Submission Process:

    •Submit claims in InfoTech by selecting the appropriate category (e.g., Mileage Claim).

    •Managers review and approve claims for accuracy.

    Submission Deadline:

    •Print the InfoTech claims report, attach physical receipts, and submit to HR before 5:00 pm on the 10th of   

     each month.

    •If the 10th is a non-working day, submit claims by the previous working day.

    Important Notes:

    •Claims without matching physical receipts or InfoTech reports will not be processed.

    •Late submissions will not be accepted.

    •Claims will be credited to the employee's bank account.

4. 🌟 What public holidays does Synergy House Furniture Sdn Bhd recognize?

   

    Synergy House Furniture Sdn Bhd observes holidays listed under Selangor, Johor, and Malaysia Public     

    Holidays.

   

    Note: A statutory holiday falling on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.

5. 💵 When is the salary date?

   

    Salary Payment:

    •Paid once a month, no later than the 7th day of the following month.

    •Remitted into employees' bank accounts.

    •Salary slips issued through InfoTech system.

6. 🌴 What is the replacement leave procedure?

    Procedure:

    •Approval: Get prior approval from the manager to work after office hours, during rest periods, or on public 

    holidays.

    •Request: Submit replacement leave requests via the Wrike platform.

    •Manager Discretion: Managers can reject leave applications without prior consent.

    •Attach Proof: Attach evidence when applying for replacement leave.

    •Crediting: Replacement leave will be credited into InfoTech as Off-in-lieu (DAY) within 5 working days 

    and is valid for 6 months.

    •Exceptions: Not applicable for company events, annual dinners, training, gatherings, etc.

 

7. 🌐 How does an employee submit various types of leave?

   

    Steps: 1.Log in to InfoTech.

               2.Navigate to the Leave Section.

               3.Check your remaining leave balance.

               4.Select the leave category (e.g., Annual Leave).

               5.Submit the application with necessary details.

               6.Await manager approval.

8. 🏥 Where are the claimable clinic locations?

    Synergy House Furniture Sdn Bhd provides a medical card for confirmed staff

    (panel card - Klinik Mediviron).
